Orchestra Asclepio
Three videos made in collaboration with the Asclepio Orchestra – Medici per la Musica. An orchestra made up of doctors, professors and medical students from all over Italy, whose activity aims to spread Music as an instrument of Health.
On the occasion of the first reopenings after the Covid-19 pandemic, we made two videos, in two iconic places in the city: the Anatomical Theater in the Palazzo del Bo of the University of Padua, and the botanical garden, a UNESCO site in the city. Both videos play on the dualism between the music played by professional doctors and the iconic places where today’s medicine was born and developed over the centuries (anatomical theater and botanical garden). A sign of hope and sharing.

Umbria Jazz 2021
In the summer of 2021 we followed the orchestra to the Umbria Jazz Festival, where they were invited as a sign of gratitude, institutional collaboration and to further their message in one of the most notorious Jazz festivals in the country. We took the opportunity to shoot a documentary on the Orchestra and on this experience.
The Beauty of the Black Swan
We had the privilege of closely following the Orchestra Asclepio in the preparation of a unique musical event that highlights the importance of physical activity in its various dimensions: prevention, health, and diversity. The result was a spectacular performance of music and dance titled “The Beauty of the Black Swan: Music, Movement, Health.”
We created a music video that captures the passion, synergy, and collaboration between the Orchestra Asclepio, the Il Balletto dance school, and the gymnasts of Blukippe in bringing this performance to life.
Movement as a tool for health and well-being is a theme that encompasses countless aspects of humanity: from the prevention of numerous diseases to rehabilitation, from the inclusion of disabilities to psychotherapy.
The University of Padua sought to emphasize the importance of physical activity across its many dimensions, and Orchestra Asclepio embraced the proposal to transform this theme and the broader concept of movement into a performance. They extended their enthusiasm for the project to the students of Il Balletto dance school and Blukippe, a school of artistic and rhythmic gymnastics.
Camille Saint-Saëns and his famous Carnival of the Animals took center stage in the program: the animal kingdom, theatrically set to music, was chosen to underscore the theme of unity in diversity and the harmony that reigns in nature, a place of convergence.
