Orchestra Asclepio
Three videos made in collaboration with the Asclepio Orchestra – Medici per la Musica. An orchestra made up of doctors, professors and medical students from all over Italy, whose activity aims to spread Music as an instrument of Health.
On the occasion of the first reopenings after the Covid-19 pandemic, we made two videos, in two iconic places in the city: the Anatomical Theater in the Palazzo del Bo of the University of Padua, and the botanical garden, a UNESCO site in the city. Both videos play on the dualism between the music played by professional doctors and the iconic places where today’s medicine was born and developed over the centuries (anatomical theater and botanical garden). A sign of hope and sharing.

In the summer of 2021 we followed the orchestra to the Umbria Jazz Festival, where they were invited as a sign of gratitude, institutional collaboration and to further their message in one of the most notorious Jazz festivals in the country. We took the opportunity to shoot a documentary on the Orchestra and on this experience.
